CONNECT: A Center for Research & Innovation in Elementary Education seeks to encourage and train graduate students across a range of disciplines to study and improve education. The CONNECT Graduate Student Researcher Awards support students who are interested in studying teaching and learning at UCLA Lab School.

Applicants from all departments at UCLA are encouraged to apply. Past recipients have been graduate students in education, information studies, psychology, sociology, anthropology, and applied linguistics, but eligibility is not restricted to these areas of study.

• We are no longer accepting applications for the 2009-10 academic year. Applications will once again be welcomed in the Spring of 2010 for 2010-11
